Agreement to Terms

These Terms are a binding agreement between you and No-Bull Waste Solutions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our website or services. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the version posted here with the current “Last updated” date applies to your service.

Services Overview

We provide:

• Dumpster Rental: short-term rental of a roll container for home, renovation, and job-site waste, including drop-off, pickup, and disposal
• Junk Removal: load-and-go service where our crew loads and hauls away the items you point out

We serve the Texas Gulf Coast, including communities across Harris, Chambers, and Liberty counties.

Dumpster Rental Terms

Rental Period

Each rental runs for the window shown in your booking or quote. If you need more time, contact us before your pickup date and we will do our best to extend it. Extra-day terms are shown during booking.

Placement and Access

You are responsible for choosing a legal, safe, and accessible spot for the container and for making sure we have permission to place it there. Please keep the area clear and let us know about gates, low branches, soft ground, sprinklers, septic lines, or other hazards before delivery.

Permits

A container placed on your own private property usually does not need a permit. If it must sit on a street or public right-of-way, you are responsible for obtaining any permit your city or county requires. We are glad to point you in the right direction.

Weight and Fill Limits

Each rental includes a weight allowance shown at booking. Loads over that allowance, or filled above the top rail, may not be safe or legal to haul and may delay pickup or result in additional charges as described in your booking. Please keep all material level with the top of the container.

Prohibited Items

For safety and to follow the law, the following may not be placed in our containers:

• Hazardous waste, including paint, oil, fuel, solvents, chemicals, and pesticides
• Appliances containing freon, such as refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioners
• Tires, batteries, and propane or pressurized tanks
• Asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, and contaminated soil
• Any material prohibited by federal, state, or local law

If you are unsure about an item, call us at (281) 413-7303 before you load it. You remain responsible for materials placed in the container.

Junk Removal Terms

For load-and-go junk removal, our crew removes the items you identify at the time of service. The same prohibited-item rules above apply. Please make sure the items are accessible. A quote given before we arrive is an estimate and may be adjusted based on the actual volume, weight, and type of material on site.

Pricing and Payment

Current pricing is shown on our website at the time you book. Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide and may change if the actual work, weight, or materials differ. Payment is due as described during booking, and we accept the methods offered by our booking and payment providers. Charges for extra days, overweight loads, prohibited items, or trips that cannot be completed for reasons outside our control may apply as described at booking.

Cancellation and Changes

Plans change, and we get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as you can. Cancellations made on short notice, or after a container is already on the way or in place, may be subject to a fee as described in your booking.

Liability and Indemnification

You agree to use our services responsibly and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No-Bull Waste Solutions from claims, damages, or costs that arise from your use of our services, your choice of placement location, the contents you load, or your failure to follow these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, No-Bull Waste Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

Driveway and Surface Protection

Website Use

The content on nobullwaste.com, including text, graphics, logos, and design, belongs to No-Bull Waste Solutions and is protected by law. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or use it without our written permission. Please do not use our site in any way that is unlawful or that could harm the site or other users.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to other sites, such as our booking platform or payment provider. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute comes up, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly.

If we cannot resolve it informally, you and No-Bull Waste Solutions agree that the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration conducted in Texas, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court where eligible. You and No-Bull Waste Solutions agree to bring claims only on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in a class action.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, storms, floods, road closures, equipment failure, labor shortages, or acts of government. Living on the Gulf Coast, we will always do our best to keep you posted and reschedule quickly.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms stay in full effect.
